🇺🇸🇬🇧 The rain wizard. 🧞‍♂️🌧 Last slow morning run before sunday marathon. After a night of heavy rain,🌧⛈🌧 this morning the weather was good enough to let me run the last slow 6 km, though the streets were still wet and slippery. 🥴 The secret of runners is follow the schedule despite family, work, friends, accidents and... weather! You're a Master when you can manage all of them. But the last one is the worst, you can't control the rain, so you have to check various weather forecast services and cross data from them. When it's already raining, check the meteo radar 🛰, that helps guessing when it will stop, or rain less.

🇮🇹 Il mago della pioggia.🧞‍♂️🌧 Ultima corsa lenta prima della maratona di domenica. Dopo una notte di pioggia intensa,🌧⛈🌧 questa mattina il tempo era abbastanza stabile kcorrere l'ultimo lento di 6 km, anche se le strade erano ancora bagnate e scivolose (ho rischiato do schiantarmi sul muro dopo una curva!)🥴 Il segreto dei runner è riuscire a rispettare la tabella nonostante famiglia, lavoro, imprevisti e... meteo! ⛈🌨🌬 Sei un Maestro quando riesci a gestirli tutti. Ma l'ultimo è il peggiore, non puoi controllare la pioggia, 🤷‍♂️ quindi bisogna passare vari siti di previsioni del tempo e incrociare i dati. Se sta già piovendo, controllo il radar meteo 🛰 per avere un'idea di quando smette, o almeno quando piove meno.
